MILTON SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Welcome to your school association – ‘The MSA’.
We are a friendly group of parents and teachers who meet about eight times a year for about one and a half hours each time. During these times we organise events such as Firework displays, Christmas Fayres, Book Fairs and the Summer BBQ.
Our aim is to support the school through fun social events and raising additional funds for our children to enjoy all the extras of school life.
Over the last year we have raised enough money to provide new bicycle racks, scooter sheds and the shelter for outside the KS2 classrooms.
We are currently in the process of continuing to raise funds for the shelter in the KS1 playground.
Fundraising is not just about raising enough money for the big items, we also provide for some of the smaller things like the school allotment, visiting theatre groups, crackers at Christmas and funds for the school council.
All parents are automatically members of the MSA and the election of officers for the committee is held at the beginning of each Spring term. However we welcome new members any time of the year. The benefit of your help is enormous both to your children and to the school.

200 Club
Up to 200 numbers are sold at the beginning of the academic school year for £5 each (there is no limit to the amount of numbers you wish to buy). Lucky numbers are drawn each month. Half the money raised goes to MSA funds, the other half is given out in prizes throughout the year. Information on the number sold in 2010/2011 will be coming shortly. Please contact the school on and mark it FAO MSA if you would like to be a member of this years 200 Club.
Class Representatives
This role is renewed every September. The Class representative encourages volunteers to help at the events we hold during the year.
We would love to have a representative for each class, if this is something you are interested in please give your details to the office and a member of the MSA will contact you.
