MILTON SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Welcome to your school association – ‘The MSA’.
We are a friendly group of parents and teachers who meet about 8 times a year for about one and a half hours each time. During these times we organise events such as Fireworks, Christmas Fayre, Book Fairs and the Summer BBQ.
Our aim is to support the school through fun social events and raising additional funds for our children to enjoy all the extras. Previously we have raised money to build the swimming pool, increased the school library, helped with the school allotment as well as some of the smaller items like visiting theatre groups, crackers at Christmas, funds for the school council.
Over the last year we have raised enough money to provide new bicycle racks and scooter sheds. Which will soon be installed having gained planning permission.
Our big project over the next year is to raise enough funds for shade/shelter in both playgrounds – we currently have just over £3,000 in the fund but with £15,000 as our target, we will need all your help.
All parents are automatically members of the MSA and the election of officers for the committee is held each spring term.
However we welcome new members any time of the year. The benefit of your help is enormous both to your children and to the school.

200 Club
Up to 200 numbers are sold at the beginning of the academic school year for £5 each (there is no limit to the amount of numbers you wish to buy). Lucky numbers are drawn each month. Half the money raised goes to MSA funds, the other half is given out in prizes throughout the year.
2009/2010 we sold 68 numbers. £170 will go into MSA funds and £170 prize money will be given out as follows:
